Frequently asked questions

You will generally be able to access funding through the NDIS for transport supports if you are unable to use public transport without substantial difficulty due to your disability. You can refer to your individual NDIS plan to see if you have transport funding available.

By choosing a 13cabs Travel Account, you will be set up with a VIP code to book taxis by phone or online. It takes around 5 business days for your account to be activated once we have received a signed service agreement. 

We will invoice you, your plan or your plan manager weekly for your transport, with 7-day payment terms. 

By choosing a 13cabs Travel Account, you can use your transport funding and take control of your travel. 13cabs’ fleet of vehicles includes taxis, limos, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles to get you from A to B in a vehicle suited to your individual needs.
