  1. Complete the ‘Travel Account application’ 
  2. We will confirm you have the right funding with your Plan Manager or via the NDIA Portal 
  3. Once approved, you will receive a Service Agreement to review and sign

You may be eligible for a 13cabs Travel Account if your NDIS plan includes transport funding. This funding is typically provided to participants who have difficulty using public transport due to their disability. 

Check your NDIS plan for details or speak with your Support Coordinator or Plan Manager.

Once your account is set up, you can use your 13cabs Travel Account to book taxis for everyday travel, including work, study, appointments, and social outings.

  • Book online using your personalised login 
  • Have trips billed weekly to your Plan Manager or via the NDIS portal  
  • Track trips and monitor transport usage
