To get a 13cabs taxi from the airport, head to the general taxi rank at major airports like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. Airport transfers can’t be pre-booked just yet. For all other trips, you can book through the 13cabs App, website or phone on 13 2227 .

Q: Can I make multiple stops?

Absolutely. You can add up to two extra stops, plus your destination and pick-up, when you book a taxi through the 13cabs App. Just tap the plus button when setting up your trip and enter each stop along the way.

Q: What if I left something in the cab?
