How long will the MTData Online Driver Training take?
Allow approximately one hour to finish the MTData turorial.
How do I login to the training?
You log in to the Driver Preregistration using your existing Driver Certificate (DC) number and Raywood PIN.
What do I need to do to finish the MTData Online Driver Training?
Simply follow the onscreen instructions to successfully navigate the training tutorial and receive your new MTData PIN.
What happens if I fail to complete the pre-registration form or MTData Online Driver Training?
You must successfully complete the pre-registration form to access the MTData Online Driver Training. either off site or at 13CABS Driver Services at Oakleigh.
What happens if I forget or misplace the new MTData PIN?
Contact Driver Services on 9921 0272 to retrieve your MTData PIN.
What happens if I donít attend Driver Services by the date specified?
If you fail to attend Driver Services at Oakleigh by the date specified at the end of the MTData Online Driver Training you will not be able to log in to the new system. If you know you will be unable to attend before that date for any reason please contact Driver Services on 9921 0272 to make alternative arrangements to complete your registration immediately.
What do I need to bring to Driver Services?
When you present to Driver Services you must tender the following documents:
- current Victorian Driverís Licence
- current TSC Driver Certificate
- current TSC photo ID
Failure to do so will delay the final step of registration for MTData and may prevent you from logging in to the system for work.
What if I donít have a computer at home to do fill out Driver Preregistration and MTData Online Driver Training?
Driver Services at Oakleigh will have workstations set up where you can login, fill out the Driver Preregistration and complete the MTData Online Driver Training. Please visit Driver Services during business hours (allow at least 1 hour to complete the training).
Does the new MTData dispatch system affect 13CABS Codes of Conduct and Rules of Operation in any way?
No. 13CABS Codes of Conduct and Rules of Operation remain binding and unchanged for Drivers and Operators. You should note that the MTData provides improved tracking information about taxis and their movements back to base.
